Located in one of Twickenham’s most sought-after pockets, this project completed in the Spring of 2026 involved the total remodelling of a premium family residence. The centerpiece is a showstopping rear extension, housing an expansive open-plan kitchen and family space. By utilising a wide, pitched glass opening that follows the roofline, we flooded the entire ground floor with natural light, creating a seamless connection to the garden.
Beyond the structural drama, the project focused on enhancing daily use; we integrated a high-spec ground floor bathroom and a generous, hard-working utility space. Finished with a crisp, full-house render, the result is a “not-so-average” home that balances striking modern design with the considerate, tidy, and professional craftsmanship Top Grade Build is known for.
