I very seldom write testimonials, however I had to make an exception when it comes to these guys. I have used the services of Top Grade Build on many occasions now and have never been disappointed. New Kitchen fitted, new bathroom and full decoration of my property as well as renewing ceilings! Their work is excellent and I love the fact that they are also very fussy and meticulous with the quality of their finish. No job is too much or too difficult for these guys and if they come up with even better ideas they will be flexible and make sure you get the best outcome. I have have recommend them to all my friends and now they wont use anyone else!

We were exceptionally impressed with Kamil and his team for the amazing work they done to repair the aging external render, woodwork and painting all over our house in early 2019.
Before Kamil assessed our job, I had 3 quotes and every other company made it sound like the job was much worse than it was, proposing very expensive options of replacing render throughout the house. TOP BUILD GRADE had a different approach. They were not convinced that the condition of the walls were that bad to warrant the extreme job of replacing render. So they proposed to repair the walls which helped save us a lot of money.
The team were very punctual and reliable throughout the work process, keeping us informed daily when issues arose. Whenever decisions had to be made, they presented the options with pros and cons to each option.
When it comes to quoting, finances and payment requests, Top Grade Build were fair in pricing and transparent on material costs. They provided receipts even if I didn’t ask for them. It’s fair to say that they are very trust worthy.
On the quality of the work, it is just as the name of the company suggests, TOP GRADE. They work neatly and as if it was their own house. Over a year later and their work is truly standing up to the elements and has validated our decision to go with them.
Since that job, they have completed a few other jobs for us and we will certainly be getting them to do more for us in the future.
