Kamil and his team completed two new builds projects for Hurst Bowling Club. The new clubhouse is in a conservation area on church land, next to a listed building.

Kamil is did a wonderful job. He is a great communicator and proactive problem solver. He showed the right sensitivity towards our neighbors to ensure the build went smoothly.

He delivered our project on time to budget.

His team can provide all the trades for a complete build and internal fit out. Everyone in his team is experienced, polite, professional, and work in partnership with the Architect and Client.

Our new clubhouse will help secure the future of the club at the most historic sporting venue in Wokingham.

We highly recomment Kamil and Top Grade Build

Highly Recommended – Outstanding Full House Refurbishment and Extension

We recently had a complete house refurbishment and rear extension carried out by Top Grade Build, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results.

The project involved a wide range of works, all completed to an exceptionally high standard. This included building the extension, levelling and insulating the floors, installing new electrical wiring, plumbing and heating systems, replacing the roof, fitting wooden flooring throughout the entire house, and creating new openings for doors and windows. The transformation has given our home a fresh, modern look.

The team also installed a brand-new Wren kitchen with integrated appliances and transformed the old kitchen area into a stylish and functional family space.

In addition, they completely renovated the bathroom, including new tiling and the installation of a modern shower, toilet, and wash basin.

Every aspect of the project was handled professionally, with excellent communication throughout. We were particularly impressed by the quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering a high-quality finish.

We are extremely happy with the final result and would not hesitate to use Top Grade Build again in the future. We highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and professional builders. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would highly recommend Top Grade Build.

Kamil and Chris and their team did an excellent job on our project and I am very pleased with the standard of their work. I first came across them through my work as a Building Inspector, having inspected one of their previous projects, and I was impressed enough by the quality of their workmanship to use them myself.

They were reliable, professional, easy to deal with, and took pride in doing the job properly. The finished work is of a very good standard, and I would be happy to recommend them to others looking for a trustworthy and competent builder.

Kamil, Chris and the team built us our dream home. Right from the start Kamil introduced himself and his company to our neighbours and his team always acted with politeness and consideration. The team were hardworking, reliable and their attention to detail from start to finish was admirable. We feel very lucky to have chosen Top Grade Build Ltd to turn our design into a home of the highest quality. Nothing was too much trouble as they helped us with planning, purchasing materials and keeping close to budget without compromising quality. Kamil, Chris and the team have given us a home to be proud of and we would highly recommend Top Grade Build Ltd.

Kamil and his team stepped in to help me finish a loft conversion, after the relationship with the original builders broke down. The attention to detail and knowledge is second to none and I wish I'd gone to them in the first place! Thanks for all your help

I used Top Grade Build after seeing the outstanding work they did on my daughter's house. Still, this was a complete leap of faith for me as I'd never had any major work done on the house, despite being here for many years. It was a strip back to the brick complete refurbishment to turn an old, cold and rather tired looking house into something warm, modern and comfortable. And I couldn't be happier with the result. But wasn't just the quality of the work by Kamil, Chris and the team that stands out - I was kept informed of every tiny change/adjustment in spending as we went through the project with regularly updated spreadsheets so I knew at all times where I stood budget-wise. There were no hidden charges or vague demands for more money. That's worth a great deal in my book. On top of that, just a thoroughly decent bunch of lads for whom no problem was too big to find a solution. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

Thank you Pat for your kind words. It means a lot for us at Top Grade.
