Completed in Autumn 2025, this project saw the full transformation of a small residential bungalow in Bracknell, Berkshire into a future-ready home finished to an exceptional standard. The property was completely gutted and reimagined, with a ground floor extension added to create a generous open-plan living space that opens directly onto the garden through bifold doors.
Smart design choices were central to this build. Solar panels were installed to improve efficiency, while carefully positioned Velux windows flood natural light into the internal master bedroom. Smart switches throughout the home give effortless control over lighting and comfort, and windows with integrated blinds provide privacy without compromising light.
Luxury details elevate the finish across the house, from wooden flooring throughout to a glamorous shower room that adds contrast and character. Brass hardware and hinges from Lusso introduce warmth and refinement, echoed in the statement brass kitchen sink and showstopping glass pendant lighting that anchors the main living space.
