Completed in June 2026, this project demonstrates how a home can be entirely transformed without expanding its external footprint. Working in close collaboration with the talented team at Callahan Interiors, we undertook a comprehensive ground-floor structural remodel of this Twickenham home. By knocking through the dated ground-floor rooms, we re-engineered the layout to establish a generous, cohesive premium open-plan kitchen and dining zone.
To bridge the gap between the new interior luxury and the garden, high-specification bifold doors were installed, flooding the space with natural light and inviting the outside in.
This project perfectly highlights how strategic load-bearing wall removals and high-end structural reconfigurations can maximise existing space, completely altering how a family experiences and enjoys their home.
